Today we finalized our poster for a Biobuilder conference on March 17. We cut out a lot of text and added pictures and diagrams to make it more visually appealing.

We now have Heidelberg's DNMT1 from iGEM, obtained via the UVA iGEM team. Eventually, we will grow the DNMT1 in cells and then purify the DNMT1. We didn't start the transformation, however, because we don't know how to purify the DNMT1 yet. Heidelberg uses Western Blot to purify their DNMT1, but that's very expensive and we don't understand it very well.
